Following a successful early career in project management we setup and established in 2008 to provide Project Management support services to a range of dedicated customers. We’ve expanded on that experience and, using the wide network of contacts we’ve made, offer a wide range of Project Management, engineering, fabrication, construction and support services to suit your varying requirements. We don’t want to stand still in this ever changing environment of engineering opportunity.
Engineering is our passion. We cover the Renewables, Process and Power industries with a range of experience. Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Electrical, Control & Instrumentation, Civil and Structures……we’re able to cover the full EPCM (Engineer, Procure, Construction Management) lifecycle if required.
We’re proud to have been associated with a number of major projects. The pictures throughout our website offer just a taste of some of the work that we have been involved in. We’ve been lucky to manage a wide range of significant projects including:
Coal fired power with biomass conversions to a number of major UK generators; SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) retrofit for NOx abatement to the first major UK installation and significant Shutdown, Outage and Turnaround Management of coal fired steam raising plant, pressure systems and steam turbines. We’ve helped with new-build of Gas storage in underground caverns and extraction from underground reserves with associated compression and transportation, LNG storage and recondensing with plant construction and retrofit within an operational facility. Biotechnology fermentation and recovery processes with fine chemicals, acidulants and fish foods. Polymers, Waste, Water and Food ingredients chemicals. We’ve even dealt with wool grease and GMP manufacturing. We love variety.

Good and Fast does not come Cheap? Fast and Cheap is highly unlikely to be good; Good and Cheap is possible but will not be Fast. If we’re given the opportunity to work hard for you we believe it’s possible to get the best blend of the three.

Doing it right first time makes it easier to deliver on time and to cost – if the scope and the estimate are set correctly. We like to be involved as early as possible in the lifecycle of the project to help make sure that this is the case.
We can help to ensure the quality is as it should be; ensuring standards and expectations are met through the supply chain, fabrication and installation with experienced quality control and assurance. We like to expedite through the supply chain to make sure that deliverables remain on track.
Robust planning using tools such as Primavera P6, Pertmaster and Microsoft Project combined with effective Earned Value and Risk Management helps to monitor the project and keep in focus. We can help. We’re also very connected with a network of specialists throughout the Project Controls function to ensure that if we can’t cover it then we know someone who can. If it’s just straight forward planning support that you think you require – we’re happy to help. We can work with you at your place or we’re able to work remote – we can call in as often as required.
Cheap? We don’t expect you to want cut price, shoddy or inexpensive; just to the cost that you’ve bargained for, that meets your business case, internal rate of return or payback calculations, with few surprises. We can assist with accurate cost management and forecasting. We can talk to any stakeholder in the mix – including the bank.
